Nocturnal Adoration Society
Nocturnal Adoration will be held this month on Saturday, March 2, 2019. It will begin at the conclusion of the 5:00 PM Mass and end with Benediction at 9:00PM. Come and spend one hour with the Lord
Everyone is welcome to join in this vigil of prayer before the Blessed Sacrament.
The Mercy League is a volunteer organization that raises money for enrichment activities and equipment at Mercy Medical Center.

RENEWAL DIRECTOR: FATHER FRANK DE SIANO Fr. Frank DeSiano, born in Manhattan and ordained a Paulist Priest in 1972, is a noted leader of evangelization in the United States. He has written numerous books and articles on spirituality, parish leadership, and evangelization. Living now in Washington, DC, he travels widely to preach and present to church leaders.

Bereavement Support Group
"Crazy" is normal for those suffering the loss of a loved one. Please consider joining an evening Bereavement Support Group, with trained facilitators. The group will meet for eight Wednesday evenings, beginning March 13, at Holy Family Parish (O'Dea Center), 16 Fordham Ave., Hicksville.
Registration is necessary.

Homemade soups and salad will be available. Panera Bread has graciously donated bread for our supper. A free will offering will be collected.

The Transforming Power of Confession
Father Jim and Sister Karen Lademann invite you to join them for a five-week study program on FORGIVEN, which explores the grace and healing offered in Confession and shows how this sacrament of mercy reveals the depth and bounty of God's love.
Sessions will be held in the New School (VEEB Building) on Tuesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. beginning March 19th.
Journey of the Cross + Crucifixion

The Journey, Cross + Crucifixion is journey back through time. It is an opportunity to walk with Christ and become one with Him and the people who walked with Him. For many who have shared the Journey is is almost as if it was happening now for the first time.
The music, narration, dialogue, and poignant silences add to the power of this prayerful meditation.
For over 30 years, the troupes have been presenting this powerful Journey to churches and schools throughout Long Island, leading people of all ages in a powerful, prayerful Lenten experience. The troupes are made up of volunteer actors, singers, and musicians who use their gifts to bring the Passion Story to life.
Long Island Catholic Youth Day
March 30, 2019
Long Island Catholic Youth Day calls teens together from all over the Island to pray, engage, learn, and celebrate our Catholic faith. The day will feature Mass, Adoration, Confession, dynamic speakers, great music, lunch, and recreation time.
Open to all teens grades 8-12.
All teens must be registered with a parish or school group and be accompanied by an adult chaperone.
